The Program

The program has specific objectives aimed at promoting the integrated training of master's and doctoral students, focusing on the development of researchers in the health field. It seeks to encourage the decentralization of research through collaborative networks, fostering national and international cooperation, as well as promoting partnerships between higher education institutions, hospitals, and research centers to enhance knowledge production and innovation across various fields. Additionally, the ResidPG aims to establish mechanisms for evaluation and dissemination to measure the impact of research conducted by research groups, considering extension activities and advancements in scientific knowledge. It also seeks to encourage the integration and retention of master's and doctoral graduates within the Unified Health System and the National System of Science, Technology, and Innovation.
