National Courses of the Open University of Brazil System

Since the launching, in 2009, of the Public Administration Qualification Program (PNAP) the Open University of Brazil –OUB - has been gathering experts from the diverse areas of the system in order to elaborate National Pedagogical Projects and didactic tools of reference to be adopted by the Higher Learning Public Institutions which take part in the OUB System.

Two main innovations in the process of preparing the national courses are the way of elaboration of the Pedagogical Project Course and the form of production of the specific didactic material to be used in the curriculum disciplines.  Each national course has its own specific pedagogical project, but they also leave spaces for the insertion of contents which reflect  regional and local realities, thus attending to the socioeconomic and cultural diversities of the territory.

Accession to the national courses is carried through Public Notices from the Distance Learning Directory.
