As per notice published in the Official Gazette (DOU) on May 29, 2025, ANP made public the tender protocol and the models of the Production Sharing Ageement of the Open Acreage of Production Sharing for granting the exercise of oil and natural gas exploration and production activities in pre-salt or strategic areas, under the terms of Law No. 9,478/1997, CNPE Resolution No. 17/2017, amended by CNPE Resolution No. 27/2021, and ANP Resolution No. 969/2024.
