Guarantee Insurance Models of Tender Protocols – Consultation and Public Hearing No. 01/2024
On 06/05/24, the announcement was published in the DOU about the approval of the review of the guarantee insurance models of the tender protocol of Open Acreage of Concession and the Permanent Offer of Production Sharing. The models of the Annexes to be amended are available (in Portuguese) on the corresponding page in Portuguese.
On 02/09/2024, Notice of Public Consultation and Hearing nº 01/2024 was published in the DOU on the review of the guarantee insurance models in th tender protocols of the Open Acreage (Concession and Production Sharing).
The objectives of Public Consultation and Hearing No. 01/2024 are:
- Obtain subsidies and additional information on the review of the guarantee insurance models of the Open Acreage of Concession and Open Acreage Production Sharing Offer tender protocols;
- Provide economic agents and other interested parties with the possibility of forwarding comments and suggestions;
- Identify, as broadly as possible, all aspects relevant to the matter covered by the Public Hearing;
- Provide publicity, transparency and legitimacy to the ANP’s actions.
Public Consultation
The term of the Public Consultation was 45 (forty-five) days, counting from the publication of the Notice of Public Consultation and Public Hearing in the Official Gazette (DOU), ending at 6 pm on April 1, 2024.

The Public Hearing took place on April 10, 2024, from 2 pm, via videoconference, in accordance with ANP Resolution No. 846, of June 25, 2021. The event vas broadcast on the ANP YouTube channel in real time.
