How to submit online DI applications and petitions

To access e-Desenho (e-Design), use the same username and password required to access the Brazilian Federal Revenue collection slip (GRU) system. In requesting the service*, you need a valid GRU number.
Check out the User Guide, which contains instructions for access, completing, and submitting electronic forms.
Do not forget to pay the GRU before submitting an application to INPI!
