Introduction

Display or find industrial property assets in an electronic showcase provided by INPI

Offering quality goods and services is necessary for companies to survive in a market with an innovative profile. Disclosure of the good or service is one of the tools to reach the target audience of companies, become the known company and retain customers. The profile of the client(s) shall be considered, so that a choice can be made as to which is the best mean of communication.

Accordingly, INPI launches the project IP SHOWCASE, an initiative within the INPI Business program. On one side, the project aims at allowing to the interested parties in new technological solutions to identify those that are available for negotiation. On the other, it allows developers of these technologies to display their products. The availability of information is linked to the existence of an application/registration at INPI, which guarantees the expectation or the effective right of the exhibitor on the technology. With this, INPI expands its spectrum of activity, offering a new service to, without giving up legal certainty, facilitate the technology transfer and the licensing of IP assets.

Implementation

In this first phase, it will be possible to announce only patent applications (pending) and patents (granted). The forecast for the implementation of the other phases is shown in the figure below:
