Application

• Applications are free of charge and made through CAPES Program site – Applications – and at Cambridge Trust site.
• Candidates must present their applications simultaneously at CAPES and the University of Cambridge, with Research Project, forms, and additional documents. Incorrect or partial sending of these information will result in the cancellation of the application.
• The selection of candidates will take place at the same time in CAPES and COT. Each of the parts will proceed separately in the pre-selection of applications. The final selection will take place in a meeting between CAPES/DRI and the Executive Board of the Cambridge Trust. In this occasion, the merit of the applications and the interest of the financing agency will be taken in consideration.
• The accumulation of scholarships with the same objective granted by a Brazilian agency is prohibited. Researchers/students who have already been granted with scholarships abroad cannot be granted again in the same modality, even after the required interstice, apart from post-doctoral research.
