Objectives

• To broaden academic cooperation between Brazilian and foreign higher education institutions;
• To increase in the host institution knowledge on contributions of notable Brazilian researchers and educators working in the main areas of the Program;
• To encourage the creation of new partnerships or the consolidation of existing international networks between the grantee´s and the host institution;
• To increase access of top-level Brazilian researchers to international centers of excellence;;
• To allow greater international visibility to Brazilian scientific, technological and cultural productions;
• To contribute to the mobility of top-level researchers and professors of Brazilian Higher Education institutions and the host institutions;
• To contribute to the establishment and maintenance of scientific exchanges through acts of top-level professors and researchers both in national and international levels;
• To increase levels of collaboration and joint Publishing of researchers working in the Country or abroad through incentives to joint activities;
• To increase access to top level Brazilian researchers and professors to international centers of excellence;
• To provide greater international visibility to the scientific, cultural and technological works of Brazilian scholars;
• To encourage cooperation between Brazilian top-level researchers and professors and their German peers.
