Objectives
Created in 1978 by the Brazilian and French governments, the CAPES/Cofecub Program aims to:
- Strengthen the cooperation between researchers and educators in institutions in Brazil and France;
- Contribute to the academic and scientific mobility of students, faculty staff and researchers connected to post-graduation programs in the participating countries;
- Support joint research projects developed by Brazilian and French teams;
- Promote projects that allow transfer and absorption of knowledge, within a critical perspective that generates innovation and creation.
- Stimulate the creation of research networks.
- Promote the enhancement of students and researchers at stages of career consolidation through academic internships abroad.
