The Program

The PROSUP scholarships are administered by the Post-Graduat Pro-Rectory and by the Post-Graduate  Programs, each creating its own Scholarship Commission responsible for the selection and follow-up of the grantees, as oriented by Capes. The Post-Graduate  Pro-Rectory is responsible for  the administration and maintenance of Capes ´ Scholarships and Benefits Control System (SCBA): registrations,cancellations, interruptions and suspension of scholarships.

Beneficiaries of fees must every month pass on to the institutions to which they are connected the amounts received by Capes in their bank accounts. Beneficiaries must not transfer any amount by themselves. This demand applies only for the period of use of the benefits
