Eligibility

• Are eligible for this open call the Higher Education Institutions and Research Institutes that maintain at least 4 Stricto Sensu Post-graduation Programs endorsed by CAPES in the Triennial Evaluation 2013 and the Quadrennial Evaluation 2017. Among those, there shall be at least 2 Doctorate courses. The institution must present an Institutional Plan for Internationalization or equivalent document valid for the period for the proposed Project;
• The Institutional Project for Internationalization must indicate its priority themes for the actions of internationalization planned, according with competencies and priority areas defined by the proposing institution;
• Each proposing institution shall present a single proposal, in which it will describe the priority themes and list all Post-graduation programs acting upon these themes. The choice of these Post-graduation Programs must be justified;
• Proposals presented by two or more institutions, or by associations of universities or research institutes shall not be accepted.
•  Joint Post-Graduation Programs will be considered when associated to proposing institutions responsible for the issuing of the respective certificate.
