National Program for Promoting Equity in Basic Education Teaching Qualification - Parfor Equity

The Parfor Equity Program is an initiative supported by CAPES and the Secretary of Continuing Education, Youth and Adult Literacy, Diversity, and Inclusion at the Ministry of Education (SECAD/MEC). The program is designed to address specific qualifications for teachers in the public educational system. Its primary goal is to address the educational needs for indigenous and black people as well as Quilombola and rural populations. Parfor also places special emphasis on bilingual education for the deaf population.
