Qualification

The table on the corresponding Portuguese page contains the results of the evaluation conducted by ANP’s Licensing Rounds Promotion Superintendence (SPL) and the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL) regarding the qualification of the winning bidders from the public bid submission session of the 3rd Cycle of the Open Acreage of Production Sharing.

The bidders were qualified by SPL, and CEL confirmed that the qualifications obtained by the winning bidders in the public bid submission session meet the minimum requirements for the operational environment of the block(s) covered by the offer, as determined at the meeting held on December 8, 2025.

The qualified bidders met all the requirements set forth in Section VIII of the tender protocol: they demonstrated compliance with legal, tax, and labor regulations, as well as economic-financial and technical capacity.
