Public Bidding Session

The National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) announces that it will hold the public session for the submission of bids for the 4th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Production Sharing on October 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the ANP building, located at Av. Rio Branco, No. 65, Centro, Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

Due to space limitations at the event venue and to ensure that all interested parties can follow the proceedings, the public bid presentation session will be streamed live on the ANP’s YouTube channel.

As provided for in Section 7.13 of the Tender Protocol, the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL) established at its 28th meeting the order of sectors for the public bid presentation session related to the 4th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Production Sharing, as per the notice published in the Official Gazette on September 15, 2026, and a list published on the “Blocks on Offer in the 4th Cycle” page.
