Agreement Signature

Through Board Resolution No. 671/2022 and a statement published in the DOU, the ANP Collegiate Board approved the bid and awarded the blocks awarded in the bid to the winning and qualified bidders in the 1st Cycle of Open Acreage of Production Sharing. The judgment report was previously approved by CEL, according to the minutes of the 7th Meeting, held on December 26, 2022. 

The winning bidders of the 1st Cycle of Open Acreage of Production Sharing will receive guidelines for the application and presentation of documents for signing the production sharing agreements. 

To sign the production sharing agreement, the winning bidders must present signature documents and prove the payment of the signing bonus, according to section 10 of the bidding notice, and within the deadlines defined in the schedule of the 1st Cycle of Open Acreage of Production Sharing. 

Payment of the signature bonus must be made by March 3, 2023, through the Union Collection Guide (GRU) via the Brazilian Payment System (SPB), according to the instructions available in item 10.2.5.5 of the Tender Protocol of Open Acreage of Production Sharing. 

The winning bidders will enter into production sharing agreements with the MME, the ANP and the PPSA for the exploration and production of oil and natural gas. The signatures of the production sharing agreements must be carried out by June 30, 2023.
