Schedule of the 4th Cycle of the Open Acreage - Concession
On November 12, 2024, the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL) approved the change in the schedule for the 4th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession for exploratory blocks AM-T-63, AM-T-64 and AM-T-107 as follows:

Regarding the area with marginal accumulation of Japiim, considering that all the documentation required for signing the agreement was in order and that the effects of the decision preventing the signing of the Japiim agreement no longer had any effect, CEL acknowledges that the schedule was no longer suspended, with the agreement for the area with marginal accumulation of Japiim having been signed on November 11, 2024.
For the exploration blocks AM-T-133 and PAR-T-335, for which the signing of concession agreements remains impossible, the schedule for the 4th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession remains suspended until the preliminary decision no longer has effect, the process has a final decision or the winning bidder requests the end of the suspension.
Pursuant to section XIII of the tender protocol of the Open Acreage of Concession, CEL's decision-making acts may be subject to an administrative appeal, to be received only with a return effect, within 5 (five) business days counting from the date of publication of the contested act in the DOU.

On September 16, 2024, the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL) approved the suspension of the schedule for the 4th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession for exploratory blocks AM-T-63, AM-T-64, AM-T-107, AM-T-133, PAR-T-335 and for the area with marginal accumulation of Japiim, which were the subject of legal actions that prevent the signing of the concession agreements, until the preliminary decision no longer has effect, the process has a final decision or the winning bidder requests the end of the suspension.
