The cycles of the Open Acreage of Concession are composed of all the activities necessary to carry out the public sessions for the presentation of offers for one or more sectors that are the object of a declaration of interest, accompanied by a guarantee of the offer, by one or more registered bidders, in addition to the approval of the bidding and the signing of the concession contracts, as established in item 1.3.1 of the Tender Protocol.
Such cycles begin with the disclosure of their schedule, after the approval, by the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL), of one or more declarations from the sectors of interest, accompanied by offer guarantees.
Pursuant to the resolution of the 52nd Meeting of the Bidding Round Special Commission for the Permanent Concession Offer (CEL OPC), the indicative schedule for the 4th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession was published in the DOU on 08/17/2023.
