Public Hearing No. 06/2024 on the review of the tender protocol and the production sharing agreements was held on 12/11/2024

On December 11, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., ANP held Public Hearing No. 06/2024 via videoconference and broadcasted live on ANP's YouTube channel, regarding the review of the tender protocol and the production sharing agreements of the Open Acreage of Production Sharing (OPP).

The hearing was preceded by a 45-day Public Consultation, which ended on December 4, 2024, in which 286 contributions were received from four participants.

Once this stage of social participation is completed, the contributions received will be evaluated and the final versions of the tender protocol and the agreements will be submitted for approval by the Ministry of Mines and Energy - MME and the Collegiate Board of ANP, and must also be evaluated by the TCU within 90 days.
