OPP and OPC - Public Hearing on the review of guarantee insurance models for the tender protocols

The ANP informs that it will hold Public Hearing No. 01/2024 on April 10, 2024, from 2 pm, via videoconference, and that the purpose is to review the guarantee insurance models of the Open Acreage Tender Protocol ( Concession and Production Sharing).

On 02/09/2024, Notice of Public Consultation and Hearing No. 01/2024 was published in the Official Gazette (DOU). The Public Consultation period is 45 days and will end at 6 pm on April 1, 2024.

The pre-registration form for those interested in participating in Public Hearing No. 01/2024 will be removed from the air at 6 pm on April 4, 2024.
