OPC: List of bidders eligible to participate in the 5th cycle

The Bidding Round Special Commission for the Open Acreage of Concession (CEL OPC) approved at its 73rd and 74th meetings, held on March 6, 2025, and on March 20, 2025, the list of bidders registered in the Open Acreage of Concession eligible to participate in the 5th cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession. The list totals 31 bidders with active registration in the OPC.

Registered companies will have until March 31, 2025 to submit a declaration of interest, accompanied by a bid guarantee, for one or more sectors listed in the current Tender Protocol. Alternatively, they may submit bids in a consortium with a registered company that has declared interest.

The current version of the OPC Tender Protocol has 332 exploration blocks, located in several sectors listed in its Annex I. The sectors that will be offered in the public session of the 5th cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession will be announced on April 14, 2025.
