OPC: ANP announces the sectors that will be on offer in the 5th Cycle

The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) has released the list of sectors that will be offered in the public session of the 5th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession (OPC). In total, 16 sectors will be offered, in five sedimentary basins (four offshore basins and one onshore basin), according to the Bidding Round Special Commission's notice published today in the DOU.

The evaluation of the declarations of interest and bid guarantees received by ANP for the 5th cycle of OPC, with the definition of the sectors, was concluded during the 76th meeting of the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL OPC), held last Friday, April 11.

As a result, the list of sectors that will be offered in the public session for the presentation of bids of the 5th cycle of OPC was published in the DOU and on the ANP website. 

For this cycle, 31 companies are registered and able to submit declarations of interest accompanied by bid guarantees for the 16 sectors that will be offered in the public bid submission session, which will take place on June 17, 2025.

The deadline for these 31 companies to submit declarations of interest accompanied by bid guarantees for the 16 sectors that will be offered in the 5th cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession ends on May 12, 2025.
