ANP Resolution no. 969/2024 - published the ANP resolution that regulates bidding procedures

On May 17, 2024, ANP Resolution No. 969/2024 was published in the DOU with the aim of regulating biddings for the granting of exploration, rehabilitation and production activities of oil and natural gas under the concession and production sharing.

ANP Resolution No. 969/2024 revokes the two ANP resolutions that regulated the procedures for carrying out biddings both under the concession regime and under the production sharing regime.
