The bidding instruments for the opening of the 5th Cycle were published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOU) on December 19, 2024 and updated on February 7, 2025. The official versions of the Tender Protocol and agreements models are those published in Portuguese. ANP publishes English versions for reference only.
