Electronic Information System (SEI)
The instruction of processes in ANP bidding rounds is carried out through the Electronic Information System (SEI). Interested parties must submit documents electronically, consult processes and monitor their progress through this electronic system.
Registration as external user of the SEI
The first step to use SEI is to register as an external user. This registration is intended for individuals participating in administrative proceedings with ANP, regardless of their affiliation to a specific legal entity.

The registration will allow the electronic filing of documents; however, the physical filing will continue and ANP’s Protocol units will continue in operation on a regular basis.
Electronic petitioning of Open Acreage of Concession documents
The documents requested in the tender protocol for the Open Acreage of Concession must be sent to ANP through the Electronic Information System (SEI), respecting the deadlines defined by the Bidding Round Special Commission for each cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession.
