Electronic Information System (SEI)

The instruction of processes in ANP bidding rounds is carried out through the Electronic Information System (SEI). Interested parties must submit documents electronically, consult processes and track their progress through this electronic system.

Registration as external user of the SEI

The first step to use SEI is to register as an external user. This registration is intended for individuals participating in administrative proceedings with ANP, regardless of their affiliation to a specific legal entity.

The registration will allow file documents electronically; however, in-person filing will still be possible, and ANP’s Protocol units will continue to operate as usual.

Electronic petitioning of documents for the Open Acreage of Concession

The documents requested in the Open Acreage’s tender protocol must be submitted to ANP through the Electronic Information System (SEI), in accordance with the deadlines set by the Bidding Round Special Commission for each cycle of the Open Acreage.

The Licensing Rounds Promotion Superintendence (SPL) has prepared a manual with step-by-step instructions for accessing the system and electronically submitting documents to participate in the Open Acreage (in Portuguese).
