The ANP held the public session for the presentation of offers for the 3rd Cycle of the Open Acreage on April 13, 2022, in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
Fifty-nine exploratory blocks located in the Espírito Santo, Potiguar, Recôncavo, Santos, Sergipe-Alagoas and Tucano basins were purchased, totaling an area of 7,854.91 km². The total bonus offered was R$ 422,422,152.64 and the estimated minimum investment in the exploration phase is R$ 406,290,000.00.
