Agreement Signature

The ANP concluded the electronic signature of the concession contracts for the blocks awarded in the 3rd Cycle of Open Acreage of Concession through the Electronic Information System (SEI). Fifty-eight concession contracts were signed between the ANP and the signatories Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda., Ecopetrol Óleo e Gás do Brasil Ltda., TotalEnergies EP Brasil Ltda, Imetame Energia Ltda., Energy Paranã Ltda. Seacrest Petróleo S.A., NTF Óleo e Gás S.A., Newo Óleo e Gás LTDA – ME, Petroborn Óleo e Gás S.A., Petro-Victory Energia Ltda., Origem Energia S.A. and 3R Areia Branca S.A.

On December 8, 2022, a signing ceremony for the concession contracts of the 3rd Cycle of Open Acreage of Concession was held, with the presence of representatives appointed by the signatory companies and the ANP Board of Directors.
