Sectors on offer in the Second Cycle of the Open Acreage
Pursuant to the schedule established by CEL, interest declarations accompanied by offer guarantees submitted by October 13, 2020 were considered by CEL at its 25th meeting.
According to a Notice published in the Official Gazette (DOU), on November 3, 2020, the sectors that had a declaration of interest accompanied by an offer guarantee approved by CEL are:

Under the terms of the Open Acreage Tender Protocol, these will be the sectors that will be part of the public bidding session.
Until November 16, 2020, all registered bidders may submit offer guarantees, pursuant to section 6 of theTender Protocol, exclusively to the sectors that will be offered at the public offering session of the 2nd Cycle of the Open Acreage.
Pursuant to the rules set forth in section 6 of the Tender Protocol, offer guarantees delivered during this period must also be accompanied by a declaration of sectors of interest.
