Schedule of Second Cycle for the Open Acreage
On March 31, 2021, the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL) for the Second Cycle of the Open Acreage decided to extend the deadline for award and ratification of the bidding.

Pursuant to section 13 of the Tender Protocol of the Open Acreage, CEL's decision making administrative appeal, to be obtained only in return, within 5 (five) business days from the date of publication of the contested act in the Official Gazette (DOU).
CEL clarifies that under the terms of the notice, it may modify or suspend the cycle schedule, giving due publicity and preserving the terms and rights of the bidders, depending on the period of health emergency declared due to the epidemic of the Coronavirus (COVID- 19).
The determination was published in the Official Gazette (DOU) on 04/05/2020.
As established in section 1.3.1 of the Tender Protocol of the Open Acreage, a cycle of the Open Acreage will begin with the approval of an offer guarantee accompanied by a interest declaration submitted by a registered bidder.
The schedule released by the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL) for the 2nd Cycle of the Open Acreage was published in the DOU on 9/11/2020 and changed according to the resolution of the 25th meeting of the CEL, published in the DOU on 11/3/2020.
