Agreement Signature

On February 14, 2020, ANP signed 22 of 45 concession agreements with 11 companies: Andorinha Petróleo Ltda., Creative Energy Serviços e Exploração Ltda., Eagle Exploração de Óleo e Gás Ltda., Enauta Energia S.A., Eneva S.A., ExxonMobil Exploração Brasil Ltda., Geopark Brasil Exploração e Produção de Petróleo e Gás Ltda., Imetame Energia Ltda., Murphy Brasil Exploração e Produção de Petróleo e Gás Ltda., Perícia Engenharia e Construção Ltda. e Petromais Global Exploração e Produção S.A.

Present at the ceremony were the Minister of Mines and Energy Bento Albuquerque, the Director-General Décio Fabricio Oddone da Costa, the Directors of ANP Dirceu Amorelli and Felipe Kury, the Superintendent for the Promotion of Bids Heloisa Borges and the representatives of the companies signatories.

On February 28, 2020, three more agreements were signed with the companies Petroil Óleo e Gás Ltda., Phoenix Empreendimentos Ltda. and Oil Group Exploração e Produção S.A.

On May 5, 2020, two concession agreements were signed with the company Brasil Refinarias Ltda.

On August 5, 2020, the concession agreement for the REC-T-121 block was signed with the consortium formed by the companies Petroil Óleo e Gás Ltda. and Oil Group Exploração e Produção S.A.

On March 1, 2021, seven concession agreements were signed. Petro-Victory Energia Ltda became the concessionaire of the concession agreements related to blocks POT-T-519, POT-T-521, POT-T-564, POT-T-566 and POT-T-650 and of the area with marginal accumulations of Trapiá, all located in the Potiguar Basin. Great Energy Ltda became the concessionaire of the concession agreement for the area with marginal accumulations in Lagoa Verde, located in the Recôncavo Basin.

On June 1, 2021, three more concession agreements were signed. Petro-Victory Energia Ltda became the concessionaire for the concession agreements relating to blocks POT-T-432, POT-T-434 and POT-T-477, located in the Potiguar Basin.

On September 27, 2021, seven contracts were signed by the winning bidder Petro-Victory Energia Ltda, which became the concessionaire for the concession contracts relating to blocks POT-T-392, POT-T-433, POT-T-476, POT -T-478, POT-T-606, POT-T-651 and POT-T-652, located in the Potiguar Basin.

The Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL) of the open Acreage, at its 36th Meeting, held on 09/29/2021, approved the closure of the work of the committee referring to the 1st Cycle.
