No. The documents forwarded shall be reviewed by the Licensing Rounds Promotion Superintendence – SPL and the application shall be judged by the Special Bidding Commission (CEL), which approval or denial shall be informed by email to all accredited representatives of the company, as well as published in the Federal Official Gazette.

Therefore, the bidder whose application is judged and approved by the CEL shall be deemed registered for any cycles of the Open Acreage Concession Modality.
