Note:
1 The technical data package shall be available for the bidders that, in the terms of the tender protocol: (i) fulfilled the electronic application form ii) Proved the payment of the participation fee (section 4.3.1) (iii) delivered the confidentiality agreement and proved the powers of their signatory (sections 4.2.2.1 to 4.2.2.3).
2 The additional technical data package will be made available to bidders who have: (i) submitted to the ANP the electronic application form; (ii) proof of payment of the participation fee; (iii) submitted the confidentiality notice of the additional technical data package (Annex XXII), proving the powers of its signatory; and (iv) submitted the other documents of interest and qualification, provided for in sections 4.2 and 4.4.
