Graduated in Economic Sciences, with specialization (Latu Sensu) in Analysis and Elaboration of projects from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). She has 28 years of experience in international technical cooperation with countries in Africa, the Americas and International Organizations. She is currently the General Coordinator of Technical Cooperation for Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe at the Brazilian Cooperation Agency (ABC).
