The Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Angela Merkel, to visit Brasília - June 15, 2014 - Press Accreditation

The media professionals interested in covering the meeting of the President of the Republic with the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Angela Merkel, in Brasília on June 15, 2014, must send to credenciamento@itamaraty.gov.br, no later than noon on June 13, the following information:

In the message body:

a) full name;
b) Id card number (passport number, if foreign media professional);
c) company name;
d) job title;
e) cellular phone and email address.

Attached to email (format: .jpg and .pdf):

a) Accreditation request on company letterhead, signed by supervisor.

Media professional holders of accreditation cards issued by the Presidency of the Republic or the Ministry of External Relations of Brazil are exempt from the above requirements, provided that they inform, prior to the accreditation deadline, name and accreditation card number to the email address mentioned above. They must show the accreditation card at the entrance to the event.

Accreditation is limited to one crew per company.
