Murder of Israeli embassy employees in Washington

The Government of Brazil vehemently condemns the murder, last night in Washington, of two young employees of the Embassy of Israel in the U.S. capital. The victims were Israeli citizens, and the shooting occurred near the Capital Jewish Museum. In extending its condolences to the victims’ families and to the Israeli people, the Government of Brazil reiterates its firm denunciation of antisemitism, extremism, and hate crimes such as the one committed in Washington.
