Floods in the province of Buenos Aires

The Government of Brazil has learned, with regret, of the floods that occurred today in the city of Bahía Blanca, in the Province of Buenos Aires, which caused serious human and material losses.

The Brazilian Government expresses its solidarity with the Government and people of Argentina, particularly with the families of the victims and those affected by the disaster.

The Brazilian Embassy in Buenos Aires is closely monitoring the situation. So far, there are no reports of Brazilian nationals among the victims.
