Fire in a commercial building in southeastern China

The government of Brazil has learned, with regret, about a fire in a commercial building that occurred on January 24 in the city of Xinyu, Jiangxi province, in southeastern China. There is no report of Brazilian citizens among the victims.

In expressing condolences to the families of the victims, the Brazilian government conveys its solidarity to the government and people of the People's Republic of China and wishes a full recovery to those injured.
