Death of UNSTAMIH Brazilian soldier

The Brazilian Government deeply regrets the passing, on this day, of soldier Geraldo Barbosa Luiz, member of the Brazilian contingent of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (UNSTAMIH).

The Brazilian Government conveys its expressions of consternation and sorrow to the relatives of the soldier for their personal loss and reiterates its long-term commitment to Haiti and the UNSTAMIH.
