Bomb attack in the Philippines

The Brazilian government was deeply saddened to learn of the bomb attack on December 3rd during a Mass held at the gymnasium of Mindanao State University in Marawi, in southern Philippines. The attack killed four people and injured dozens more.

The Brazilian government expresses its heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wishes the wounded a quick recovery. It also expresses its solidarity with the government and the people of the Philippines. Brazil strongly condemns any terrorist attack.
