André Trindade's guitar meets Clarisse Grova's singing at Domingo no Jardim

On September 29, Domingo no Jardim will be rocked by the sound of guitarist and composer André Trindade. Together with Clarisse Grova, the duo will mix some of their own compositions with great names in music, such as maestro Villa-Lobos.

André Trindade holds a bachelor's degree in guitar from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and, in 2012, a master's degree in music from the same institution. The guitarist has given solo performances in Brazil and abroad, including the “Guitares Au Palais” Festival (Perpignan-France), Teatro Rival, Espaço Tom Jobim, Radio MEC, the Música no Museu series and a series of ten concerts in the cities of Madrid and Leganés (ESP). As a composer, he released a solo album in 2008, with the participation of Nonato Luiz.

Singer and composer Clarisse Grova is a popular singing teacher, director of Oficina da Voz, teacher at the Villa-Lobos Music School, speaker and broadcaster. In 2021, she took part in the CD “Aldir Blanc Inédito” with the song “Outro Último Desejo”, one of her collaborations with Aldir. A recipient of the Grão de Música Award, Clarisse took part in the Brasil ao Natural Project with “Aquela Bicicleta” in partnership with Raquel Sadi and “Flor do meu jardim” recorded by singer Paula Santoro.

The performance is free, in front of the bust of Dom João, at 11 a.m.. Visitors only pay admission to the arboretum. In the event of rain, it will be transferred to the Galpão das Artes.
