- Rua Jardim Botânico, 1008 - ticket offices, daily. There are free bike racks and an exclusive parking lot for people with severe mobility impairments (stickered vehicles); cars are allowed to board and alight people with mobility impairments (disabled, elderly, pregnant women)
- Rua Jardim Botânico, 920 - box office, open only on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. There is a free bike rack.
- Rua Pacheco Leão, 101 - only visitors who bought tickets in advance (online sales), AAJB members and employees of the Botanical Garden.

Rio Rotativo parking service
At Praça Santos Dumont, there is a rotating parking service offered by Rio de Janeiro City Hall. To use it, drivers must buy a ticket directly from an accredited vendor on site.
Jockey Club parking lot - entrances from Rua Jardim Botânico, 1003 and Praça Santos Dumont, 31 (in front of the square). Visitors to Jardim Botânico get a discount. To get the discount, ask for the parking stamp at the Jardim ticket office and present it with your ticket when you pay for parking.
