Electric cars
The guided visitation activity at the Botanical Garden of Rio de Janeiro is regulated by Portaria nº 107, de 17 de setembro de 2021.
The circuit enriches the visitation experience, taking visitors to enjoy the wooded alleys, the monuments and all the richness of our Arboretum and to learn about the history of the oldest Botanical Garden in Latin America in activity.
The JBRJ is recognized by Tripadvisor with the Travellers' Choice award and has the WTC Safe Travels seal, granted to places that follow Covid-19 safety protocols.
Tickets for the electric cars can be purchased at the box offices. Cash only.

Visitors should arrive 20 minutes before the time purchased. In case of delay by the visitors, there will be no extension of the visit time or refund of money.
Premium night tour
A rare opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the Arboretum at night, passing by the main artistic and architectural monuments, which have gained special lighting.
Days and times: On the first Friday of each month, at 7pm.
Price: R$ 656,00 (value of the electric car for 7 people)*.

Premium express tour
Thursday to Tuesday, from 9am to 4pm

Circular transportation
For your convenience, there is a shuttle service. It is a service for collective use. You must disembark at each stop.
Schedule: 9 AM to 4 PM, with departures every 15 minutes
Price: R$ 39,00 per person.*
Children up to 5 years old ride on your lap and do not pay.
Disembarkation is mandatory at each stop, and the trolleys will pass by every 15 minutes to take visitors to the next stop.
Capacity: up to 7 passengers.
*The price of the electric cart services does not include the entrance fee.
