Call for papers for the special volume “Plant Anatomy: history and future directions”

The open journal Rodriguésia is currently preparing a special volume entitled “Plant Anatomy: history and future directions”, on the contemporary background of plant anatomy. This edition will seek to redeem the historical importance of the contributions in the area, in addition to offering updates involving anatomical studies and perspectives for new researches.

Original articles from the most diversified fields of plant anatomy will be welcome, such as researches on descriptive anatomy, applied anatomy (taxonomy, physiology, pharmacology), developmental anatomy, and ecological anatomy.

The manuscripts should be submitted according to Rodriguésia’s Author Guidelines, as Original Papers, Review Papers, or Short Communications, through the Electronic Submission System.

The deadline submission is July 31, 2023. The submission letter must indicate that the manuscript is part of the special volume.
