The Open Acreage of Production Sharing cycles are composed of all the activities necessary to carry out the public sessions for the presentation of an offer for one or more blocks that are the subject of a declaration of interest, accompanied by a guarantee of offer, by one or more bidders qualified, in addition to the approval of the bidding and the signing of the production sharing contracts, as established in item 1.3.1 of the tender protocol.
Such cycles begin with the disclosure of their schedule, after the approval, by the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL), of one or more declarations of blocks of interest, accompanied by offer guarantees.
Pursuant to the resolution of the 10th Meeting of the Bidding Round Special Commission for the Open Acreage of Production Sharin (CEL OPP), the indicative schedule for the 2nd Cycle of the Open Acreage of Production Sharing was published in the DOU on 08/17/2023.
