A cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession consists of all the activities necessary to hold the public bidding session for the sectors that are the object of a declaration of interest, and also includes the qualification of the winning bidders from the public session, the award of the object matter of the cycle’s bidding, the approval of the cycle’s bidding, and the signing of the concession contracts, in accordance with item 1.24 of the current Tender Protocol.
Cycles begin with the publication of their schedule, following the approval by the Bidding Round Special Commission (CEL), of one or more expressions of interest, accompanied by bid guarantees, as provided for in items 1.20 and 1.25 of the Tender Protocol.
Pursuant to the resolution of the 86th Meeting of the Bidding Round Special Commission for the Open Acreage of Concession (CEL OPC), the 6th Cycle of the Open Acreage of Concession (OPC) has been opened, and its tentative schedule was published in the Federal Official Gazette on May 22, 2026.
