The President spoke this Saturday (20) in Foz do Iguaçu at the opening of the 67th MERCOSUR Heads of State Summit, marking the end of Brazil’s Pro Tempore Presidency of the bloc. Lula expressed optimism about the possibility of signing the agreement in January.
