Journal Revista de Defesa da Concorrência welcomes papers throughout the year

The Revista de Defesa da Concorrência (Journal of Competition Defense) is an academic journal published every six months by the Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE). Researchers interested in publishing in the journal should submit their papers on the journal's website . Submissions are accepted all year round.

Papers should be original, address competition law, and be written in Portuguese, English, French, or Spanish. Authors' identities are kept hidden from their reviewers throughout the paper analysis process, which starts with the examination of its format and content against the journal requirements.

If approved, the work is then analysed by expert referees external to CADE in terms of its contribution to scientific knowledge, consistency of results, and innovative character.

The RDC aims to foster competition law research, spread its word, and mobilise academics and practitioners to debate fresh antitrust topics.
