Revista de Defesa da Concorrência welcomes submission of articles
The Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) periodically edits its Revista de Defesa da Concorrência, an electronic, open-access scientific journal. The publication aims at fostering academic research and disseminating information on antitrust law through original scientific articles, literature reviews, essays, and case studies. Researchers, students, and antitrust professionals interested in submitting their manuscripts for consideration can access the full submission instructions on the journal’s website.
Based on the guidelines, the contribution must be unpublished and not be under consideration for publication in another journal and address topics related to the periodical’s editorial line.
In addition, all works are to be submitted in Portuguese, English, French, or Spanish via the journal’s online submission system. The editorial team encourages the submission of manuscripts in English, regardless of authors’ nationalities.
Interested parties can submit their contributions at any time, incurring fees for submitting or publishing their articles. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content and the views and opinions expressed in their works.
