Revista de Defesa da Concorrência announces call for papers. Submit yours!

The Revista de Defesa da Concorrência (RDC) is an academic journal biannually issued by the Administrative Council for Economic Defence (CADE). Researchers interested in publishing papers in the journal should submit them on the RDC website. Submissions are accepted all year round.

Papers should be original, address competition law, and be written in Portuguese, English, French, or Spanish. Authors' identity is kept hidden throughout the paper analysis process, which starts with the examination of its format and content against the journal requirements.

If approved, the work is then analysed by expert referees external to CADE in terms of its contribution to scientific knowledge, consistency of results, and innovative character. The authors’ identity is also hidden in this phase.

The RDC aims to foster competition law research, spread its word, and mobilise academics and practitioners to debate fresh topics in the field.
