DEE Seminar to discuss video-on-demand relevant market

On 26 August, at 15:00, the Department of Economic Studies of CADE (DEE) of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) will host another edition of the Economics & Competition Defence Seminar. The event will focus on the working paper “Análise do Mercado Relevante de Vídeo Sob Demanda” (Video-on-Demand Relevant Market Analysis, in English).

CADE recently published the document by Camila Sanson. The study addresses the definition of the video-on-demand relevant market, provides contexts on both global and Brazilian markets, describes business models, and presents international antitrust authorities’ perspectives on market definition, particularly in cases involving digital platforms.
