CADE’s Digital Questionnaire

The digital questionnaire system of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) is already available here, at the authority’s website.

CADE developed the system to facilitate online submission and collection of key information for core activity cases. The digital questionnaire offers a safe environment with personalised access, using a password for each company, allowing users to download the form, save answers, request time extensions, and obtain proof of dispatch, in a practical and safe way.

In addition, the tool automatically separates public and restricted data, it is integrated to the Electronic Information System (SEI) of the Brazilian government, and attaches appropriate versions of documents to the antitrust cases.

The form is already available for companies, aligning with the global trend of digital platforms, and contributing to strengthen the antitrust policy in Brazil.
